Please note that during the initial startup, the Aqua Vitale machine may require additional time before you see the water level needle move on the upper storage tank gauge. In some cases, depending on humidity and temperature conditions, this process can take anywhere from several hours up to 1–2 days.

This is completely normal during the first startup.

Here is why:

The machine does not send water directly to the top storage tank immediately. First, the water must travel through multiple internal stages inside the system:

1. Water is first collected from the air into the internal collecting tank.
2. The water then travels through the complete filtration system.
3. After filtration, water fills the cold water tank and hot water tank.
4. Only after those tanks are properly filled does the water begin traveling to the upper storage tank where the gauge needle is located.

Because of this process, customers may not immediately see movement on the top gauge even though the machine is already producing water internally.

Once the system becomes fully primed and water has moved throughout the internal tanks and filters, the machine will begin operating normally and customers will be able to monitor water production much more easily on the display and top gauge.
