At Aqua Vitale, we are committed to delivering premium atmospheric water generators safely and professionally to our customers worldwide. Due to the size, weight, and specialized handling requirements of our products, the following shipping terms apply.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Certain products, pre-orders, custom configurations, or high-demand items may require additional processing time.
Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
Freight & Heavy Item Deliveries
Atmospheric water generators are oversized and heavy freight items that may require:
• Freight shipping
• Palletized transportation
• Liftgate service
• Signature confirmation
• Scheduled delivery appointments
Delivery times may vary depending on:
• Destination
• Freight carrier schedules
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Local delivery access
Shipping Estimates
Estimated delivery times provided on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Aqua Vitale is not responsible for carrier-related delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, port congestion, labor shortages, or events outside of our control.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for:
• Import duties
• Customs fees
• VAT or local taxes
• Brokerage charges
• Local import regulations
These fees are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
Delivery Inspection Requirement
Customers must inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged, customers should:
• Take photos before opening
• Note the damage with the delivery driver
• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Failure to report shipping damage within 24 hours may affect eligibility for shipping claims or compensation.
Signature Confirmation
For high-value shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery.
By signing for the shipment, the customer acknowledges receipt of the package.
Missed Deliveries & Storage Fees
Customers are responsible for being available to receive scheduled deliveries.
Additional charges caused by:
• Missed appointments
• Delivery refusal
• Storage fees
• Re-delivery attempts
• Incorrect shipping addresses
may be charged to the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Aqua Vitale is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Damage Claims
If shipping damage occurs:
• Customers must retain all original packaging
• Photos of packaging and product damage may be required
• Claims must be reported promptly
Shipping claims are subject to carrier investigation and approval.
Aqua Vitale reserves the right to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve shipping-related claims at its discretion.
Refused Shipments
Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:
• Original shipping charges
• Return freight charges
• Restocking fees
• Inspection and handling fees
White Glove / Inside Delivery
If offered, white glove or inside delivery services may be performed by third-party carriers.
Aqua Vitale is not responsible for:
• Property access limitations
• Building restrictions
• Elevator limitations
• Delivery delays caused by HOA/building requirements
Remote Areas
Certain remote or difficult-to-access areas may require additional shipping charges after order placement. Customers will be notified prior to shipment if additional charges apply.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit, Aqua Vitale will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made after carrier investigation is completed.
